Originally born in India, Dr. Maheshwari’s journey has taken him across multiple countries and cultures, including time spent in Kenya, Canada, and eventually the United States, where he grew up in Effingham, Illinois. Dr. Maheshwari earned a full-ride scholarship to Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, where he completed his undergraduate studies before continuing on to the Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine.
As the youngest member of his dental school class, he distinguished himself early through both academic performance and a strong commitment to clinical excellence.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Maheshwari has always had an entrepreneurial mindset—starting his first business while still in high school. That same drive continues to influence how he approaches patient care today: with intention, innovation, and a focus on long-term results.
