A Lifelong Passion for Dentistry—Built on Precision, Experience, and Relationships Dr. Parth Maheshwari knew he wanted to become a dentist as early as fourth grade—a goal that has shaped his path ever since.
Originally born in India, Dr. Maheshwari's journey has taken him across multiple countries and cultures, including time spent in Kenya, Canada, and eventually the United States, where he grew up in Effingham, Illinois. That diverse background continues to influence how he connects with patients today, bringing a thoughtful, people-first perspective to every conversation, treatment plan, and relationship he builds through compassionate, personalized care.
Dr. Maheshwari earned a full-ride scholarship to Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, where he completed his undergraduate studies before continuing on to the Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine.
As the youngest member of his dental school class, he distinguished himself early through both academic performance and a strong commitment to clinical excellence.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Maheshwari has always had an entrepreneurial mindset—starting his first business while still in high school. That same drive continues to influence how he approaches patient care today: with intention, innovation, and a focus on long-term results.
After dental school, Dr. Maheshwari moved to California to train under Dr. Ryan Dunlop, a nationally recognized leader in dental implants and full-mouth reconstruction. Over the course of four years, he worked closely in a high-volume surgical practice, gaining extensive experience in:

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Maheshwari enjoys staying active and exploring new experiences. He is an avid skier, a passionate tennis fan, and an enthusiastic world traveler. These interests reflect his broader approach to life and work—continually learning, improving, and seeking out new perspectives.
